A Little About Me

I  first began my hypnosis training through "The Hypnosis Training Company" I then went on and became a Certified Consulting Hypnotist and Graduate of the National Guild of Hypnotist. I am happy to say that I am also a Certified Member of the National Guild of Hypnotist which is one of largest guilds in the world. 

I have  trained with some wonderful professionals such as Don Mottin, Julie Griffin, Dick Sutphen, Patricia Maclsaac, Marilyn Gordon and Edward Morris to name a few. For more information regarding hypnosis click on the following link  about hypnosis.

I also do energy healings for the soul - some people have called me  a Soul Coach and others an Earth Angel. I was told by Sylvia Browne herself that I was on the right path - I was blessed with an opportunity to ask Sylvia Browne on one of her Tours "what Career path should I follow" - Sylvia looked at me and said, "Spiritual, Spiritualist, Healing, Holistic Healing, Hypnotist."  Well if that does not beat all! I was so excited and blessed  to have the opportunity to connect with SB in this life time.

I believe that everyone has their own unique gifts - sometimes we just need to look within and reawaken what has always been with us…

 Let Go...

To let go does not mean to stop caring, it means I can't do it for someone else.

To let go of you is not to cut myself off, it's the realization I can't control another.

To let go is not to enable, but to allow learning from natural consequences.

To let go is to admit powerlessness, which means the outcome is not in my hands.

To let go is not to try to change or blame another, it's to make the most of myself.

To let go is not to care for, but to care about.

To let go is not to fix, but to be supportive.

To let go is not to judge, but to allow another to be a human being.

To let go is not to be in the middle arranging all the outcomes, but to allow others to affect their own destinies.

To let go is not to be protective, it's to permit another to face reality.

To let go is not to deny, but to accept.

To let go is not to nag, scold, or argue, but instead to search out my own shortcomings and to correct them.

To let go is not to adjust everything to my desires but to take each day as it comes, and to cherish myself in it.

To let go is not to criticize and regulate anybody but to try to become what I dream I can be.

To let go is to not regret the past, but to grow and to live for the future.

To let go is to fear less and to love more.
